Returns Policy

Unwanted Products

  • If you change your mind or find that the item you purchased is unsuitable, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery / collection date.  You may return items to the store in person or post them, however, please note that if posting you must take the necessary precautions to ensure the item/s is/are not damaged in transit and the cost of postage will not be refunded.  
  • You must have proof of payment, your delivery note (if applicable) and the payment card used for the original purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment.  If you do not have the original payment card with you, you will be offered an exchange or will be refunded in Brownhills Gift Vouchers.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be completed in store.  If the original product is higher in price than the item you wish to exchange for, the difference will be refunded.

Damaged / Faulty Products

  • If the product purchased is damaged in transit (where delivery is arranged by Brownhills) or found to be faulty the item will be refunded or exchanged.  If sending the product back to us, we will refund the cost of postage.
