Making A Purchase
Browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and fill in the details.
We require written confirmation by post, fax or email stating your intention to cancel within seven working days, and the reason why. Goods must be returned with original packaging & labels in perfect unused condition. You will be required to return the goods to us upon cancellation; the cost of this will be at your own expense. Under the regulations you have an obligation to take reasonable care of goods you wish to return. We reserve the right to charge you costs for recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to return the goods. We will only charge the direct costs associated should we need to enforce this action - you can request a copy of receipts for costs incurred in the recovery of cancelled goods should you fail to comply with the terms herein.

RETURN OF GOODS - For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly the cost of returning the goods would be at your own expense.Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be refunded.

BROWNHILLS/HYMER CLUB CARD
If you are a Brownhills or Hymer club Card holder, please input your Discount card number and Vehicle registration in the boxes labeled on the appropriate page. The discount will not show on the final payment screen. Discount will be taken off when we have recieved the order and verified your order with your Vehicle details. If the details are incorrect we will email you to advise that more information is required to confirm you are the holder of a current Brownhills/ Hymer club card. The order will not be dispached at the discounted price unless correct information is given.

Shipping And Handling
Orders attract a standard charge of £8.50. Large Bulk orders please confirm shipping charge via our Accessory Store.
If you order from outside the UK we will manually apply the necessary Shipping And Handling charge (please call our Accessory Store for further information or phone 01636 704201.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you during the course of the next business day although we will notify you of any delay from third parties. We do not charge until the Items are ready for shipping to you . International orders are generally received in under 12 days.
