Making A Purchase
Browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy
and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and fill in the details.
We require written confirmation by post, fax or email stating
your intention to cancel within seven working days, and the
reason why. Goods must be returned with original packaging &
labels in perfect unused condition. You will be required to
return the goods to us upon cancellation; the cost of this will
be at your own expense. Under the regulations you have an
obligation to take reasonable care of goods you wish to return.
We reserve the right to charge you costs for recovery of
cancelled goods should you fail to return the goods. We will
only charge the direct costs associated should we need to
enforce this action - you can request a copy of receipts for
costs incurred in the recovery of cancelled goods should you
fail to comply with the terms herein.
RETURN OF GOODS - For the return of goods other than those
reported as damaged on delivery or goods sent incorrectly the
cost of returning the goods would be at your own
expense.Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be
refunded.
BROWNHILLS/HYMER CLUB CARD
If you are a Brownhills or Hymer club Card holder, please input
your Discount card number and Vehicle registration in the boxes
labeled on the appropriate page. The discount will not show on
the final payment screen. Discount will be taken off when we
have recieved the order and verified your order with your
Vehicle details. If the details are incorrect we will email you
to advise that more information is required to confirm you are
the holder of a current Brownhills/ Hymer club card. The order
will not be dispached at the discounted price unless correct
information is given. |
Shipping And Handling
Orders attract a standard charge of £8.50. Large Bulk orders please confirm shipping
charge via our Accessory Store.
If you order from outside the UK we will manually apply the necessary Shipping And
Handling charge (please call our Accessory Store for further information or phone
01636 704201.
RETURN OF GOODS - For the return of goods other than those reported as damaged on
delivery or goods sent incorrectly, the cost of returning the goods will be at your
own expense. Shipping costs in the delivery of goods will not be refunded.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send
your order to you during the course of the next business day
although we will notify you of any delay from third parties. We
do not charge until the Items are ready for shipping to you .
International orders are generally received in under 12 days. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You
will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is
included in our prices.
GUIDANCE NOTE REGARDING EURO PRICING - We display euro prices
based on the conversion rate of 1.7 Euros to the GB Sterling
Pound. This is a yardstick for guidance only. If you select to
pay by credit card your credit card company will convert the
transaction to GB Sterling from your own currency or euro
equivalent at the daily exchange rate for that day. Our guidance
means your actual euro cost will in most instances be less than
indicated on the website (subject to daily exchange rate) If you
pay by cheque or postal delivery we will apply the daily
exchange rate in force on the day of the transaction.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside
of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card
company will convert the transaction to GB Sterling or your own
currency.
We accept Visa, Access, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. We
do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back
ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may
send your credit card information via phone, or the internet. |

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our
shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are
encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit
encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our
computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
